Electronic hand controls
Our electronic hand controls include electronic ring accelerators that transfer acceleration from the foot pedal to a specifically designed ring that offers smooth and gradual acceleration.

Over Ring Accelerators
Fitted on top of the steering wheel, over ring accelerators transfer the throttle action from the foot pedal to a specially designed ring that offers smooth and gradual acceleration. -
Floor Mounted Electronic Hand Controls
Located next to a car’s centre console to allow for steering wheel adjustment, floor-mounted electronic hand controls provide a fatigue-free driving experience via electronic acceleration.
Mechanical hand controls
Mechanical hand controls transfer the action of accelerating and braking from the foot to the hand. Simply pull back to accelerate and push down to brake.
-
Column Mounted Mechanical Hand Controls

Who can benefit from our disability hand controls?
Hand controls in a car are typically used by individuals who have a disability or injury that affects their lower extremities, which may prevent them from using the standard foot pedals in a vehicle.
Some of the disabilities or conditions that may necessitate the use of car hand controls for disabled drivers include cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, arthritis and paraplegia. People who have had a stroke or a lower-limb amputation may also use hand-operated control for acceleration, braking and other driving functions.
